Kalyotis: solid foundations and a dash of boldness For Andréa Diot, being an entrepreneur has always been an obvious choice. At the age of 25 and after working for a few years in the food supplements sector, she did not hesitate to speak out (when she had to) in order to prove her credibility and legitimacy. By choosing gummies, this young founder set herself an objective: to bring together two universes, those of health and food. Actif’s Mag: Howdid you start your adventure in the area of food supplements? Andréa Diot: It all started at Novapharm, at a time when I was working for the marketing department, and I was in charge with repositioning the brand. Then, I was appointed OTC Product Manager Assistant at Bausch + Lomb before finally starting my own adventure with Kalyotis. Andréa Diot: Based on my previous experiences, I was able to identify consumers’ needs and I noticed that often times, treatment routines based on food supplements were stopped too early.
