CAS Education in Emergencies Objective The training aims to develop general skills relating to education in emergencies and, more specifically, the skills of design, development and implementation of training programmes in emergency situations. It aims to reinforce the right to education, including quality education contributing directly to the individual’s ability to engage in society, as wellas to the social, economic and political stability of the society in which s/he lives.
