Air Europa recovers its levels of capacity and by the end of the year it will operate its entire transatlantic network of destinations. The transformation plan that was set in motion just over a year ago, which enabled the company to reorganise its activity and adapt it to the new market situation, always placing priority on stability and the level of excellence on board, has allowed Air Europa to gra-dually recover the operations it had prior to the pandemic, and it has already resumed a large part of its long-haul routes. In fact, on routes to Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Sao Paulo and Santo Domingo, where it flies daily, the company now has the same ope-rational level as before the pandemic. It also has the same number of flights as in 2019 on routes to Medellín and San Pedro Sula, while remaining routes are gradually being resumed. Meanwhile, the incor-poration of new aircraft and the gradual lifting of mobility restrictions are bolstering the expansion and gradual return of routes and increa-sed frequency. With the return of flights to Salvador de Bahia, Reci-fe and Fortaleza next December, Air Europa will be flying its entire network of destinations beyond the Atlantic, and will once again be the airline of choice between Europe and America. The totality of the company’s long-haul flights are operated with the Dreamliner fleet, which perfectly combines the passengers’ maximum comfort and convenience with an exceptional environ-mental performance. Furthermore, the Boeing 787s have a new Business Class with which the company stands out in the industry, due to the excellence of its products and services. In turn, as part of the airline’s growth strategy, from the end of March it has added new daily frequencies on its routes to Paris, Lis-bon and Porto. Specifically, Air Europa operates three daily flights to Paris, four to Lisbon and three to Porto, although there are plans to operate a fourth frequency to the latter destination in the near future.
