In Port de Sóller and Valldemossa average prices range between 2.5 and 3 million Nord Portde Sóller euros. In Fornalutx, Biniaraix and Sóller the average price of a finca is between 1.5 and 2.5 million euros, while the region around Estellencs Fornalutx and Banyalbufar demonstrates further potential for development with Biniaraix average prices of between 1 and 1.5 million euros. That area, though, Sóller has some exceptional properties on large estates known as "posesiones" Deià that fetch more than ten million euros. George Sand Apartments: Apartments in Deià are among the most sought-after, Valldemossa with prices averaging 500,000 euros; around the harbour of Port de Banyalbufar Central Sóller, too, prices are not far short of this figure. In general, the apart- ment market is concentrated in the small towns and villages in the west. Estellencs Apartment prices are stable in all segments and have further potential Palma Surroundings & Son Vida for development. In Valldemossa, Sóller and the villages of Fornalutx Südwest and Biniaraix prices have remained stable at around the level of the previous year.
