After that, it set up discussion groups and art therapy to help the most vulnerable, particularly children and teenagers, who wanted to talk about their trauma. Care France, an international humanitarian nonprofit, has been fighting poverty and inequality for 75 years. It operates in 109 countries around the world to improve access to healthcare, promote education and improve maternal and child health. The material assistance provided by Care gave us immediate relief. Psychosocial support helps us heal on a daily basis, feel normal again, face our fears and rebuild our confidence.” “The distribution operation went very well. The Care team contacted us in advance to find out what we needed and get information about each household. On the day of the distribution, we were received with dignity in a tent. The elderly and people with limited mobility were served first.” “Thank you to all the donors who placed their trust in us by joining in this surge of generosity, multiplying the impact of each donation to preserve the dignity of the most vulnerable communities and serve as many people as possible.” “Because of the damage to the structures, our children have not been able to return to school. They were transferred to boarding schools in Marrakesh. Care provided equipment including beds, mattresses and blankets. This has really improved our children’s living conditions at the boarding school. We’ve noticed that they are doing better physically, so they can study in better conditions.” “Souleiman is a 6-year-old boy.
