The permanent collections of 11 municipal museums in Paris (see p.98) may be visited free of charge, all year round (admission charge applies for: the Palais Galliera, the Archaeological crypt on the Île de la Cité and the Catacombes; see www.parismusees.paris.fr). Please note, there is however an admission charge for temporary exhibitions at these museums for over 18-year-olds.
