COMMUNICATION COMMUNICATION ALLIANCES ALLIANCES TALENT TALENT Internationalisation Internationalisation Innovation Innovation Technological and business innovation is a priority tool for Aclima’s member organisations, as it ensures the future competitiveness of the sector. Innovation-driven activities will be rolled out to engage members in more technological collaboration projects or encourage them to implement strategic projects for the sector. At the same time, in its quest for business excellence, Aclima will encourage non-technological activities to promote entrepreneurship, the search for new solutions in the market and the identification of opportunities for cooperation in innovation. INNOVATION In this strategic plan, internationalisation features as a lever of competitiveness for Aclima’s members. To promote its development, Aclima is therefore working on different courses of action to further the Basque environmental sector’s international projection and encourage more members to participate in these activities. To this end, Aclima will support the organisation and formation of consortiums to attend trade fairs, congresses and trade missions, among other events. At the same time, Aclima will work to provide competitive intelligence through strategic market surveillance and the dissemination of opportunities among its members. Internationalisation In the previous strategic period, Aclima saw the opportunity to stimulate talent management-related activities in order to attract professionals to a growing environmental sector that is generating green jobs. In this strategic plan, Aclima makes itself the point of reference for green talent, thereby boosting its talent management strategy. With this objective in mind, actions will be deployed to attract talent and to build loyalty and reinforce existing talent. At the same time, we will liaise with key players in this field to forge strategic alliances that support the competitive and sustainable growth of the environmental sector. TALENT Collaboration is one of the fundamental values of Aclima’s performance, which is why the search for and creation of stable alliances at all levels, internally and externally, is an essential tool for achieving the strategic objectives of this strategic plan. In this sense, we must continue fostering alliances between our members, while maintaining and promoting new frameworks for relations with institutions to ensure a greater influence in shaping environmental and economic policies, which are key to Europe’s economic growth. Likewise, the environmental sector’s cross-cutting nature will drive Aclima forward in the search, identification and creation of new alliances with key agents in the economic and social fields. ALLIANCES Aclima is the representative and leader of the Basque environmental sector, and its communication strategy is based on two foundations: to be a reference point and a unifying force for the environmental sector in the Basque Country, and to highlight the sector’s activity and projection. Thus, the communication strategy, firmly anchored in these pillars, will deploy the strategic plan through numerous actions such as issuing its opinion on key issues, publicising initiatives and projects, maintaining its reputation, being a spokesperson, facilitating the transfer of strategic information, favouring its positioning and defence and, generating a sense of belonging.
