The things that make Aldi different are the levels of independence and variety that I get within my role that I don’t think a lot of people my age get to experience. For my first project, I was trusted to help upgrade 23 stores in varying conditions. It involved lots of problem-solving skills and communication, and to get compliments from senior staff who were aware of the effort I was putting in was really nice.”
