In NIT, there’s a strong team-oriented environment and a commitment to streamlined operations. We work to resolve a range of IT incidents raised by stores, from the tills to the back office and ordering systems. I’ll also spend time working on a variety of projects aimed at driving efficiency. Participating in meaningful projects makes me feel valued, and seeing the improvements and results is so motivating.”
