A part of these criteria is to not incur Academic Measures. These Academic Measures are activated when a participant has a low or inferior performance throughout the Program. A participant is permanently dismissed from the Program in the following cases: When the participant obtains an unsatisfactory administrative quarter in his or her last academic term. When the participant fails to retake a course that had previously been evaluated with an “F” or “No Credit.” When the participant accumulates a total number of courses with a final grade of “C,” according to the following chart. When in a given period, the participant has 6 courses or more with “C”. * The courses or workshops that, due to their nature, are evaluated as “Accredited” or “Non-Accredited.” are not considered. ** In the case of the Exchange Quarter, the average obtained in the courses registered in the school is considered. Said average is converted to letter grades. ART 8.2 Close a. The professor in charge of each course will have to report the grades using only five letters: A, B+, B, B-, and C as the grade given to each participant. Each academic area must differentiate participants based on their performance level compared to the performance of their specific group: An “A” grade (outstanding or excellent performance) must be awarded to 10% of the participants of the group, rounding down to the nearest integer. A “C” grade (lowest performance) must be at least awarded to 10% of the participants, rounding down to the nearest integer. The rest of the letters may be used at the area’s discretion. b. Academic Measures are the considerations of these Regulations over the performance accumulated throughout the different terms, so the first thing is to define the total number of courses for each term: * The courses or workshops that, due to their nature, are evaluated as “Accredited” or “Non Accredited.” are not considered. ** In the case of the Exchange Quarter, the average obtained in the courses registered in the school is considered. Said average is converted to letter grades. ART 8.1 Close
