By signing this charter in 2021, we’ve pledged to drive gender equality across our business, suppliers and the wider community. We’ve signed the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter as we take proactive steps towards each of its five commitments to improve diversity at all levels. We appointed Green Park as our critical partner in 2020, to help us ensure that Aldi Lives Diversity and Inclusion. In 2023 we partnered with Business Disability Forum to enhance the support we offer to people with disabilities at every point in the colleague lifecycle. We’ve been working with Diversifying Group since 2020 to help us build diverse talent pipelines. Our partnership with D&I in Grocery allows us to connect with other businesses in the sector, share best practice and learn from each other. Stonewall represents LGBTQ+ people globally. We’re proud to have joined their Diversity Champion programme, which supports businesses in creating a safe working space that’s inclusive of all identities.
