However, with the pandemic, this term has assumed a much wider significance for all of us who rode out this crisis. At Airbus Helicopters, resilience is about emerging not only unscathed but stronger as well; learning from experience, improving and being more united than ever. One of the many lessons we have learned from this crisis is the importance of our physical proximity to you, our customers. During a period of restrictions on travel, being able to call on 29 Customer Centres, 87 Service Centres and 79 Maintenance Centres across the globe has been a key factor allowing us to continuously support operators on all five continents. Being there for you means speaking your language, understanding your operational and regulatory requirements, being reactive and flexible and providing responses that are adapted to your needs.
