Both the 1,000-seat main auditorium, listed since 1990, and the smaller 300-seat Studio Marigny have undergone a tip-to-toe makeover, and two new spaces have been added: a 120-cover restaurant run by the Costes group and a foyer open to the general public. The historical exterior features, such as the cartouches, mascaron ornaments and pilasters designed by Charles Garnier, have been minutely restored.
