I felt like there might have been some imposter syndrome. But Aldi really is different. I feel like I’ve joined and been made to feel welcome from day one. In the first few weeks I was placed in one-to-ones or small groups of teams different to mine, where you’re encouraged to discuss your background, hobbies and experiences. It’s encouraging that Aldi want you to get to know the people you’re working alongside so that if you do need help at any time, you can go to anyone around you.”
